RATES
- Rates shown in the current catalogue or price lists are inclusive
of taxes, service, and V.A.T. at current rates and are intended,
unless otherwise specified, as nett to us. Rates are calculated on
exchange rates valid at 01/11/2005
and therefore subject to fluctuation in the event of changes
exceeding +/- 5%.

PROPERTIES
listed are those with existing rental agreements. During the course
of the year we reserve the right to add or delete properties and
relative rates.

PAYMENTS
- In the absence of specific agreements to the contrary, payments
must be made by credit card (VISA – MASTER CARD) or direct swift
transfer to our account as follows:

CANCELLATION
- For cancellations received up to 21 days before arrival date -
10%. From 21-7 days before arrival date - 30%. From 7-1 days before
arrival date 50%. No show - 100%.

RESPONSIBILITY
- The legal responsibility of Kithera Travel is deemed to be
regulated by Italian Law no. 1084 of 27/12/77, which ratifies and
regulates the C.C.V. signed by Italian Government in Bruxelles on
23/04/70. The responsibilities of Kithera Travel by I.E.T.
Enterprises s.a.s. cannot in any case exceed the limits defined by
the said treaty and legislation. For agreements within the EU,
Decree no. 111 of 17/10/95, in compliance with EEC directive 314/90,
may be applicable.
7)
LEGAL DOMICILE
- In the unlikely event of any legal dispute the competent court is
deemed to be that where the organisation has legal domicile.

VALIDITY –
The current price list and conditions are valid until further
notice from 01/11/2005. |
