“La
Collina Guest House”, is a newly built house in the middle of quiet
and unspoiled countryside, overlooking from its terrace the Bay of
Naples and its islands. Situated at 900mt from the village of
Schiazzano, where general stores, restaurants and bars can be found.
From the property a network of old tracks lead through the local
countryside to other characteristic hamlets such as Monticchio,
S.Maria Annunziata, S.Agata Sui Due Golfi and to protect area and
Marine Park of “Punta Campanella”. The owners of the house, living
near by, can provide daily in season, fruit and vegetables from
their garden, for your kitchen use. The property is in a quiet
position but not isolated, two independent apartments on the first
and second floor of the two storey house, both with independent
entrance, can be rented separately or together.
The Ground Floor one, is composed of a double room, fully equipped
kitchen with dining area, Lounge with sofa beds (sleeps 2 ) and
colour TV, bathroom with shower/wc. In front of it a large garden
with furnished barbeque area.
The First Floor one, is composed of a Lounge with colour Tv, fully
equipped kitchen with dining area, one twin room and one double
room both served from a bathroom with shower/wc. All surrounded from
balcony it also has a furnished sea view terrace. Both apartments
have washing and iron facilities. Parking space for two cars.
